WOOHOO! Got another RX-7!!!

Yep thats right folks I got another rex. I talked the guy down to $300(USD). It is all tricked out with so many options I am still finding them. Its a 1989 GXL. There is one side effect for the 300 bucks. That is that it has,
1. Bad gas in it.
2. The tank is rusted now.
3. The fuel pump is rusted and corroded so it wont pump any gas at all.

HOW EVER!!!
I still have my 90GTU and all the parts from that so I'm going to be switching over all the parts I can to make the GXL better.
peace,
Charles

you can buy fuel tanks from mazdatrix for about $350 bux not shipped, i'd replace that before you start leaking fuel on the ground.

I have a spare you could call it from my wrecked GTU. Plus a brand new fuel filter and fuel pump. I'll be replacing it all tomorrow hopefully.

cool,

Hey, peacekeeper, after seeing some of your zaney (haha) ideas, i thought of one myself thats pretty weird.

What if you had an electric fan mounted on the radiator and you still kept the clutch fan + shroud?

haha, now im about to hear why it shouldnt be done

There's a simple answer to why that shouldn't be done, you don't want your car to run too cool. Cars are meant to run somewhere around halfway in the gauge!
peacekeeper: The '89 GXL is the best around (same as I have) There are a lot of options on those things, power everything, leather, yada yada yada! Good luck yet again
