Won't start-no nothin when turn the key

When I turn the key, I don't get anything.
I'm out of ideas. Where should I start looking to diagnose?

To be more specific, when I turn the key to on, the idiot lights come on like they normally should, then when I turn the key to Start, the idiot lights go off, and I get no crank, no nothing.

If I send power directly to the starter and bypass the ignition switch, it cranks over like it should.

I checked the engine fuse in the kick panel and the fuses in the engine bay..they're all good.

TIA.

For starters, the clutch interlock switches can get finicky. Simply jumper the switch first to verify if this is your problem.

by the clutch pedal is a white 2 pin connector, not the one with green wires, ohm between the 2 pins with the pedal depressed and it should have 2-3k ohms of resistance.

if that checks out then find the starter cut relay which is behind the trailing coil and is covered by a black rubber boot and has 6 pins. jumper the black/white to black/green and see if it cranks.

I jumpered the switch and, voila, it turns over.
Is fixing the switch possible or will I need to get a new switch?

I think j9fd3s has mentioned using a penny to fix the switch.
