What do you mean by still?

Was it working before you changed anything?

Get some spray electronics cleaner and follow the wires coming out of your CRANK ANGLE SENSOR. There is a connector just a few inches from the CAS. After Cleaning that one, keep following those same wires and there is another one IDENTICAL under the BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER. Over time brake fluid gets on it and can cause a no start. That was my problem. Good Luck

If you are getting spark, then the issue is not the CAS. Check for 12V at the injector plugs (black wire I believe) with the key on IGN.

If there is no fuel coming out of the new filter, either the fuel pump is FUBAR, solid crap in the tank is blocking the sock, or the fuel filter sock is varnished over and blocking fuel flow. The last is very possible if not probable if it sat for a few years. A new EOM sock is cheap if you do not want to simply clean it.

Also, drain the tank and add new gas before trying again. You may have aged and useless gas in the tank even if you just added some new stuff to the old.
