Wondering something, anyone answer?

Ok, no one get mad at me for posting this. I tried searching and was reading through many threads but could not get a clear answer to my n00b question.

I have been reading that removing your 5th/6th port sleeves can be a good HP gain for my NA, but I could not tell whether I am supposed to just remove the sleeves or do I pull the actuators and leave them off as well? Probably sounds totally n00b but that is my question, and any comments would be very appreciated.

P.S.
No I do not care about losing low end power, that is why I am wanting to do this mod.

you just make them stay open some how.

don;t need to take them out. How aren't you worried about the low end?

k, so remove the sleeves but leave Actuators in? Or just wireing them open accomplish exact same thing?

I mean I am not worried about low end in that I do not care if my car is slow off the line and sorta weak torque, mainly want good top end power
