Wiring colors

I searched on line, I searched in here. I may not have worded it right but here it goes I need a link or the colors of all the wires I have 2 plugs not plugged in and 2 melted connectors on the engine harness. The car runs but super rich and it likes to over heat but shuts down before it get in the middle of the temp gauge. I am running a stand-alone but I want to see if this will help the 5mpg. I'm runnin a BIG Street port S4 TII frank engine S4, S5 and S6 parts on a stock JDM S5 turbo. Everything wiring works in the car I.E. gauges I want to know what these plugs are. I'm lookin in the FSM and I cant find them there 2 wire plugs one is Light Green and Black and the other is Brown/Yellow and Black White. The FSM says the BY/BW is EM14 air bypass soil the wires are taped up very close together.
I know it makes no since about the stock harness even though I'm runnin stand-alone but the guy I got the set up from ran it into the stock harness and been having problems ever since I got it up and running. The injectors are huge so a new tune may be in order I know. 860 primaries and 1680 secondaries, No emissions and also I'm runnin a S5 TII Alt..

The Air Bypass Solenoid is for the high rev start up that pushes the rpm to about 3k for 17 seconds when starting a cold engine that has coolant above sixty degrees or so. If it's not hooked up then it won't cause your poor gas mileage problem.

Thanks Satch, I found them while looking real carefully at the FSM. the other was the ACV I think that sits under the TMIC thats not on the engine also. So I have to find if theres a reason besides the tune that I'm running so HOG RICH... I know I need a new turbo, 3" DP and to pick up my FMIC. Hopefully once all installed it will make a huge difference. Cause I dont think the tune the original owner had on there wasnt drinkin that much.

What standalone do you have? Perhaps you have a bad MAP sensor...
