I have a 1987 turbo, i want to run 0 guage wire (fairly large) from battery to trunk area... Without spending hours looking for a place to run it...do any of you guys know of an opening where a wire that large can be run? Or will i have to pull out the drill???

There's no room around one of the main harnesses?

umm... I Don't think so.

the biggest hole will be where the speedo or thottle go through on the driver side.

actully if you don't have AC there will be a big one on the pass side but that's kinda a long trip from the battery..

Just pull out the drill, I did this just yesterday, I found a comvienient spot for me was just below the A/C evaporator box slightly to the left of the drain hole for it.
This worked great on my RHD Rx, i'm unsure of the layout of your LHD engine bay's though, so it might not work for you.

What's the outside diameter of the stuff you're using. I had no trouble feeding a 3/8" OD vacuum line in through the one for the front engine harness on the left. I won't cut my sheetmetal, but that's just me and I'm not normal.
