wire harness
It's a pain in the ***, but not too bad. I would recomend taking pictures before, or putting the new one in as you pull the old one out, cause it can get tricky the routing out it.. it will not reach right in some places if not routed corectly. You do have to pull the UIM, IC, all the upper ghit.
I have question:
After owning 4 and currently occuping 3 2nd gen rx's why has your harness crapped out?
I say this because I want to know, in depth, the nature of what you call:
Fried.
How did you determine it was "fried"

I rebuilt my harness, striped it all down, took off all the heat shielding and wrapped the whole thing back up with glass backing, 500 Deg. Celsious 3M electrical tape ($15+ a roll, but still cheaper than a harness) took about 4 rolls or so.
