I know this has been covered before but I cannot find the sticky.
I installed a Haltech E6X in my S5 FC a few years ago. I removed the stock wireing harness completely and sold it without realizing that I had to keep the wiper motor section.
The car is still in storage. But I dont know which wire goes to which connector (From black connector of wiper motor to large yellow connector, passenger side) ???

Are you asking about the connector under the hood or inside the car? The color wires from the motor (5 in number for a non turbo) connect to a plug w/the same color coded wires near the wiper motor that are/were part of the emission harness

Part of Aaroncake's Megasquirt writeup, but it covers the functionality of the water temp gauge and the wipers. Should apply to essentially all stand alone management systems.
Also, this has pictures a few posts down that show the connectors a bit better.

The above thread helps if you're using the factory service manual, identifies the plugs on the engine harness easier.

The two jpg attached show the wiper wires.
The yellow plug in the car is called X-11. It's in the first jpg and I circled the wiper wires in red. Four wires in that plug.
The second jpg shows the wiper plug on the wiper motor. Your looking at the WIRE side of both plugs.
The second jpg shows another wire colored black ( I pointed to it with a blue line in the jpg) and it does not go to X-11 in the car. Just put a wire in that socket and put it to a homemade ground on the chassis nearby. Originally it went to another plug in the car and then went to ground but theres no need to do that. Just gnd it nearby the wiper motor.
The wiper plug for a Turbo car also had an additional L wire down in the corner. Just splice a wire to the L wire coming from the yellow plug and attach that new wire to where it shows a L wire in the corner of the plug. NOT turbo? Then don't do that particular wire at all.
These diagrams came off the free online wiring diagrams for a series four car that are available for download on this forum.
Remember...............your looking at both plugs from the wire side of the plugs.
