So this is a pretty weird problem. My wipers, vent blower, and sunroof only work when the key is on, but stop as soon as you start the car. It seems like loose wire somewhere. I think it may be at the lock itself, but haven't taken anything apart yet.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Hrm... my car does that, which remind me of something else to fix. Pretty much when starting the car the key doesn't go back to the ON position when released. So I just barely have to move it at all to the on position after starting the car for all my electronics to work, pretty much just need a new key start assembly.

The ignition switch is a seperate module on the back of the ignition lock.
Take it off & try some contact cleaner, or just replace it.

I went and looked at it during my lunch break. The key isn't comming all the way back into the "ON" positions, I just have to make sure and bring the key all the way back.
