sorry just found out my problem i guess i got confused with rotorwiki because i read relay 3 was speeds.
im so
well checked Icemarks web page and its reads out that wiper relay next to the one i replaced is high and int speeds
well at least i replaced that relay and learned how to de-solder
i will probably buy something better than a bulb solder sucker that thing sucks so bad im surprised i didn't over heat the thing

ok i tested the low speed relay by just placing it in its place and still only low speed.
Then once i finally re soldered the relay the low speed is in every speed is this a bad thing did i do something wrong or once i replace the high int. relay it will be back to normal

Based on the article you linked, which relay number is HI/Int?

Mine is stuck on low too. But my vert wiper switch is labeled "Int, I, II"

I followed Icemark's write-up too, and it didn't fix the problem... I think you can send it to him personally and he can fix it

Low speed is controlled by relay number 2. If you have low speed, you don't need to mess with relay number two.

If you don't have Mist/Intermittent/High speed, then that is what I call relay number one, but regardless it is the relay circled in this picture:

Now, if when you de-soldered the old relay, if you ripped any of the traces you will need to jumper pins. The traces run through the circuit board, you can tell if you ripped one out by looking at the pins of the relay you removed- They should all be thin and silver like the ones on the new relay- if any of them are thick and coppery then you ripped out a trace and didn't de-solder the relay correctly.

This is the most common reason why a new relay didn't work.

So if you ripped out a trace, then you need to get a small piece of wire and jumper it between the pin you ripped the trace on, and to the spot on the board that the damaged trace runs too.
