Wiper switch?...

Okay, I know my wiper switch *works* at least to a certain degree... meaning that it will turn on the wiper blades, in more than one speed... I think...

But the blades won't go back to resting position by themselves... and the intermittent feature doesn't seem to work from what I've seen...

so does that mean I should have it rebuilt?
