is there a place i can get a wiper relay besides Omron or Digikey? some where i can walk into and buy it? i'm from the states btw. so yeah i dont really feel like waiting for it sooooo any ideas?

Unless you have a really big electronics supply house nearby, you'll probably have to resort to some kind of mail order. FWIW, I think Digikey had my relays to me in about five days which seemed fast enough, and that was with the standard shipping.
