Wiper fluid WON'T FILL?

Word.

So, I was trying to fill my wiper fluid today, and I pop the caps for the headlight wipers and main wipers.

I stuck a funnel in, but it started overflowing a few seconds after I started pouring. I said "WTF?" and took the funnel out. The fluid is sitting in the tubes that lead to the reservoir - but not flowing down into the reservoir?

Huh? Am I doing something wrong? I stuck a flexible piece of tube to check for any blockage.. I couldn't feel any immediate blockings.. maybe I need something longer.

Anyone have suggestions?

clogged filler neck or your funnel sat to tight and didn't allow the system to vent.

Or you really were full before you tried.

Nope, the reservoir was BONE DRY. Funnel had nothing to do with it, either. I think.

So how can I go about unclogging it?

(Thanks for the response, BTW)

Just stuff something down the tube. Make sure you get "full penetration" into the tank... uh... you know what I mean.
You could always pull the reservoir out and see what the problem is, but that's probably not necessary.
Good luck
