Ok i just installed a new fuse to my windshiel wipers and they work now. But, they dont turn off. There is only 2 modes Fast and Low. WHen i bring it to the "Off" position it just goes back to fast. It does not have the windshield wiper arms or blades on. Could that be the reason its flippin out?

 

the switch is old and sucks. to shut mine off it would take a mean bitch slap to the switch at the right time to get em to stop while down

 

the solder joints in the are shot. common problem. either search the junkyard for a used switch or find people on here that fix them. do a search.
