windsheild wipers wont turn off
windsheild wipers wont turn off
i might be losing cool points here.....but is the only thing that controls the window wipers is the switch right beside cruise control? i turn it to "off'.....yet the wipers wont cut off =\
Yup, That's the only thing.
Sounds like the switch went bad.
I had to remove the fuse in the kick panel after a dumbass mechanic overloaded my electrical system and blew multiple fuses and that switch.
IceMark rebuilds them for around $50.

Yup.
You remove the 4 screws from the steering column(from bottom)
Pull that off.
Remove the 3 screws above the cluster(under the hood thing)
and the 2 on the bottom of the cluster.
Then pull that out a little and unplug the connectors.
Once the whole thing is out you can undo the screws holding in the switch.
The Wipers/Hazards switch/and optional rearwiper/etc are incorporated together in it.
