Window woes...

Ok, today me and my coworker were coming home from work and he tried to put the window down on his side (passenger side) and it wouldn't work. He tried a few more times and it finally went down, but then it wouldn't go back up! That window has never had any problems and I'm stumped on what to do. I took the door panel off to check if a wire had come loose or something obvious but everything appears normal. I suspect it might be the actual motor that has malfunctioned. Any help/advise would be appreciated as this is the long weekend and I can't take it to a shop till Tuesday and its going to rain

Bad switches will do it. My passanger side switch is broken and won't operate the window, but the drivers side will. I cleaned it once and it worked for about another month, then quit again. Try another switch, both master and/or passanger.

Clean out the switchs. The window motor get its power from the battery. Pulling amps like that carbon up the switchs clean them out and they will be good as well.
If you wanna do a little more, read the linky :P
