If its just the actual switch broken and not electrical you can take it apart. That would let you roll it up and down by pushing what the plastic on the switch pushed?

The electric windows use a scissor mechanism that folds up as the window rolls up. Take the door panel off and see if you can manually fold it up. I don't know if that would hurt the motor though; there is another way though. I believe the switch has two wires, one for up and one for down. jumper the up wire.

Or instead of hacking up the wires or ruining your window motor just take the switch out of the door panel, take the 4 screws that hold the switch together and do it from inside. Once you take it apart youll see what im talking about. Ive had mine like that for awhile. Doesnt look the best but i was tired of my window being up.
