Window adjustment help

I'm finally in the process of rewiring this thing nose to tail and I'm currently relaying my windows and figured since I'm in there I could fix my window shimmy as it goes up and down.

I stumbled onto the thread on another site for tightening it up but it was for an fb, so I was wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction for an fc.

the FC isn't adjustable, you should pull the regulator and clean and grease the beads though.

I've already greased the beads but I refuse to believe that it is not adjustable and that I'm stuck with this. There's got to be some way to tighten it.
