will these wheels fit an '87 TurboII?

I'm about to buy an '87 TurboII and a friend is selling these wheels. They're for a Ford ranger, and he needs to get rid of 'em, I figured I could help him out, as well as get some freaking huge wheels for the TurboII.

First off, does the bolt pattern fit?
Second off, what about the backspacking/offset (I don't know what this is by the way, I just know a bad fit is bad)
Third, will they fit inside the front/rear fenderwells?

Here's the link to the auction and info:

Well if he is your friend ask him if you can try one on for size. Try it on the front and see if it fits...

The only 2nd gen I've ever seen with those type of wheels was Chris Vetters old 2nd gen V8

Bolt pattern is wrong; you need a 5x4.5" bolt pattern.&nbsp The backspacing is about 1/2" off; the stock backspacing on the stock Turbo II rims is 5".
