Will these rims fit

I have a S5 1991 will these fit?

Wheel Size: 16x7
Bolt Circle: 4x100/4.50
Offset: 40
Back Spacing: 5.50
Hub Bore Diameter: 73.00mm

since you have an s5, it is 5x114.3

Sorry guys, I just saw "5" and "4.5" and instantly type "Yes."
That's what I get trying to answer posts in the last 10 minutes of work at the end of the week prior to the start of my weekend.

Sorry guys for the misinformation!!! its actually 5x100/4.50 I was wondering if it will still work since it doesnt match up to 5x114.3 + i've seen them on our rex's before
