Will Sport Suspension from a 91GXL go in a 88 convertible?

I have a 91 RX7 GXL that was in a wreak and the engine locked. I'm currently using it for parts. Before I get rid of it completely I was wondering if it'd be possible to take out the sport/reg suspension and put it in my current 88 RX7 convertible? Any suggestions?

the 'vert already comes with a heavy duty sport suspension that is better than the GXL.

The only thing you could consider changing would be the shocks, but even the S5 AAS shocks are a little wimpy for a 'vert.

Thing is, the GXL has a button for regular suspension or sport suspension. Kinda cool, to flip a switch and it all gets more responsive.

That is the AAS.

You get softer spring rates and a softer staibilzer bars with the AAS, than what the 'vert comes standard with.

If you want adjustable shocks, then go buy some aftermarket ones like the tokicos... instead of trying to make work 12+ year old shocks.
