of course it does.. then you will be the ultimate sleeper... everyone would think youre an n/a when ur a tII but on the other hand u cant run the top mounted intercooler.. u have to run the front one... no scoop... youve probably thought about that already

some people say it wil fit even with the top intercooler, i plan on driving it like that for a couple of weeks if it does fit, but will it hurt the engine?

yeah i would think it would be somewhat dangerous to run a turbo without an intercooler.
this is what i think RarestRx would say "nah thats rice because you are trying to get everyone to think you have an N/A, but you dont really."
yup

somone has to have info on this, i read a post a while back that said he put a na hood on his convertible with a engine swap, but i dont know if that's accurate, or if that could damage the engine.

two, do you have anything useful to say???

You could try it if you like but i would have to advise against it. Especially with the overheating problems that the rotarys have...you might not want to try that. The turbo will make the same amount of boost but you will just lose a **** load of power. Don't **** around with heat and turbos. Find a hood spend the extra dough and save yourself the headache.

Talk to Kabooski. I have spoken to him a few times. He converted his GXL to a T2 and used the N/A hood for a little while, said no problem. And if anyone has the airflow schematic of the FC3s you will see that there is hardly any air flow through the hood scoop anyways. In fact, the usefullness of the hood scoop and its effectiveness has been debated many times on this forum
