Ok, last week, I post about me getting sick and tired of my loud exhaust. Setup is RB headers, RB pre-silencers and Magnaflow mufflers. I was going to put a Bonez Racer pipe in there but I thought I would try the resonator first. I talked to a muffler shop around here and they will charge me $60 for the resonator including labor. It has a lifetime warranty too so I think its pretty good. What do you think of that deal? By the way, where does the resonator goes to? Will it replace the RB-presilencer? Please help before I bring my car to the shop. I wanted to make sure that they'll do right thing. Thanks.

Just get better mufflers. Its the magnaflo's that are making it loud.

 

yeah, that's an option but I am not ready for the mufflers yet. i need a cheaper solution right now so I can drive my car without worrying about cops.

Personally I don't know where they would put it. Since the silencer takes up all the collected pipe area as does the header. Like I said. i would rather just save money for good mufflers.
