As of now I am running a Rp downpipe and midpipe and intake. I just put in a 3rd gen fuel pump. It smells like it is burning really rich (i know that isnt a good way to measure the fuel but I am just saying that). My question is my Apexi GT series Exhaust is comng in tommrow. Am I going to have enough fuel or am I going to need to bump my fuel pump up to a walbro.

 

Having enough fuel is determined by a number of factors. One important one is the amoun of HP to the wheels. You are nowhere near exhausting the 3rd gen fuel pump.

Your upgrade path is fine.
