The pump will pump with a bad ECU.

Do you have V coming out of the relay? Have you rewired your relay yet? The pump only pumps during cranking then the AFM takes over after start.

Jumper the fuel pump connector, otherwise the AFM has a switch in it to kill the pump.

The pump should have run with the key to START.
If the pump won't run with the fuel pump check connector jumpered, but you get voltage to the fuel pump relay and resistors Blue/Red wires.......then ohm out the Blue wires at the Fuel Pump Relay and Resistor back to the fuel pumps connector (the single Blue wire).

Your ENGINE fuse good????

If teh AFM isn't plugged in, it won't pump. (it will pump during cranking still IIRC)
