Will it fit?
OK, if no one knows, I'll just have to try.... But I am wondering it an Automatic Vert driveshaft will interchange with a TII driveshaft?
The front U-joint is about to take a **** on me in my vert, and I have an extra TII driveshaft in the gaurage. And it if will fit with having it cut, I'll use it. But I don't want to waste my time undoing the rear yolk bolts, to find out it won't.
I heard someone say the front/rear yolks were the same, but that it was 2" to short/to long? I don't know if that is right/wrong, so I'm hoping they are the same, and someone knows!
Thanks, Cory

If it is just the rear yolk plate, I can swap that out. But I'm talking about the length. (assuming the TII yolk plate will fit the NA diff.)

Alright.... Tried this, and no it doesn't work, as lacycw said, the rear diff plate is different, and the TII driveshaft is about 1-2" to long.
But jesus... I've never looked at an NA driveshaft before, and it is TINY compared to the TII one! The TII's shaft is about the size of a basketball post, and the NA one's looks like a 1/2 piece of PVC pipe next to it.
And I now know that my driveshaft is incredibly bad! You have to beat the living **** out of it, just to get it to move in one direction. And the rear universal joint also squeks when you move it.
