Will FD LIM bolt to 2nd gen?

Will a FD lower intake bolt to a second gen block? I know the ports don't match but it would be going on a 6port so grinding and port matching has to happen anyway. Reason I ask is sometime later on I may want to go turbo. My plan was to match a TII manifold to the 6port as per Aaron Cake's writeup. Today I wondered if the FD one would fit and maybe it was a better choice. Ports are bigger so maybe less filling and grinding. I plan to go standalone and learn to tune while still n/a so I figure if/when a turbo ever happens no reason to use the TII lower if the FD is better and can be made to fit.

To put the FD LIM on a 6-port or TII block? Or is it just to match ports of the FD to the TII? This is what I figure. Does this mean the bolt pattern is the same and only the ports are different? I looked on their website and facebook and couldn't find it. Do you have some pictures or a link to it. It could be promising. Thanks.

Your na block does not have the center iron bolt hole and the fd lower intake left corner bolt hole is on a different position that on your na block.

Ok. Thanks. That's what I needed to know. I also found a picture of the engine side on the FD LIM and I'm not sure there would be the needed material above the port to match it to the 6-port. Looks like a S5 TII LIM if I was to ever do this.

it would be a waste of time anyways, the FD LIM runners are much larger than the FC has to offer. bottlenecks everywhere, may even reduce overall power.
