Will FD disc brakes fit on FC turboII?

Hi

Any one know if the FD disc brakes will fit on a FC with the FC calipers? I thinck that 20mm more on diameter could help on stopping.

Help on this, please.

Only if you shave the disks.

Pointless...

Your brake pads would still be applying at the same distance away from the hub giving you the exact same force as before.

...But if you make a custom bracket to push your caliper away from the hub too, then yes it could help.

FD brakes are pretty much the same as the FC 4 pots. For the work you would do to get them to work, having custom brackets and all, you could just install the brembo's off a evo. Theirs even a write-up about it in the archive.
