Will an FC roll without shocks/springs?

Will an FC roll without shocks/springs?
Im finishing stripping an previously wrecked FC for parts, the only things left to take off are the shocks/springs and brakes. The salvage place wants a rolling chassis if they take it for free, i just need to know if it will roll without the shocks/springs? Or wil the wheels hit the wheelwells?

just buy some cheap steal of some kind and drill some holes in it and put it in place of the shocks...itll roll...very STIFF ride...

tried it.....NO! the back lays on the ground if you take the struts out...... no longer a rolling chassis
