well i've hear the 17 number before.

I just found it off a mustang website (the numbers i had). I did not actually weight them.

they are the same rims for those years though 99-00 i think.

Nope, I tried on 3 different scales. Also, I didnt just weigh the wheels, I weighed myself, then held a wheel and stepped back on the scale, and then subtracted the difference. Did this a few times on different scales, came out to ~17lbs every time. Also have heard the same from another forum member with the same wheels.

I got my GT wheels brand new for $180 US plus shipping. I just put them on two days ago (with 225-45-17 Falken FK-451's) and there's no way that a 9 inch wide wheel will fit in front. There's not enough room on the inside to fit a finger between the tire and the spring, and the outside is damn close to the fender. My wheels weigh about 20lbs each.

Oops, I just checked now.

It'll be easier to just order some online.

http://www.1010tires.com/hubrings.asp

These are the good ones.

http://stores.ebay.com/Discount-Tire...isplayZ2QQtZkm

You should be able to just send them an email with the size you need, and they should be able to get you what you need.
