thats odd i have the same wheels as both of you and mine are exactly 20 pounds each LOL

i wish mine were 17pounds

well i've hear the 17 number before.

I just found it off a mustang website (the numbers i had). I did not actually weight them.

they are the same rims for those years though 99-00 i think.

Nope, I tried on 3 different scales. Also, I didnt just weigh the wheels, I weighed myself, then held a wheel and stepped back on the scale, and then subtracted the difference. Did this a few times on different scales, came out to ~17lbs every time. Also have heard the same from another forum member with the same wheels.

ive got a 4 lug pattern and i dont have the cash to do a five lug conversion. im wondering if the 4 lug cobra R rims will fit.

I got my GT wheels brand new for $180 US plus shipping. I just put them on two days ago (with 225-45-17 Falken FK-451's) and there's no way that a 9 inch wide wheel will fit in front. There's not enough room on the inside to fit a finger between the tire and the spring, and the outside is damn close to the fender. My wheels weigh about 20lbs each.
