Angry Wierd Humming Noise!

CAR SOMETIMES MAKES HIGH TONE HUMMING NOISE IN EXAUST IN ALL GEARS AT LOW THROTTLE WTF IS IT?

Belts probably aren't alighned or your muffler's rub on the ground when you go zoom zoom . Naa man, probably a misalighned pulley.
