Why do I keep frying FOG LIGHT FUSES?
Why do I keep frying FOG LIGHT FUSES?
I just put in some Toucan Xenon 12v 55watt H-3's and have blown a number of 15amp fuses (that's what the diagram on the fuse box cover indicates). I had some Hiper whites in there before and everything worked fine up until I had a bad wire so I replaced it - now I'm blowing fuses; I even tried a 20amp.
I have the one wire that comes on the bulb case fitting into one of the connectors coming out of the fastening ring and I have a short wire which is attached to a screw in the metal part of the bulb cover assembly with the other end of this wire fitting into the other connector in the fastening ring. This has been a real PITA...any suggestions?
