Who wants to play a game?
Its called "List everything that can keep an S5 N/A from starting."
So far I have checked:
Compression- I checked it as prescribed on kevin landers site with the piston engine tester.
Fuel pressure- I checked it coming out of the filter, and with the UIM off I checked it coming out of the primary rail.
Spark- With the CAS removed, but still plugged in and ignition switch in run position, I turned the worm gear on the CAS and watched for spark on a spare plug in both the leading plug wires.
Injectors firing- While turning the CAS I had the primary injectors plugged in one at a time and heard both "clicking".
I have been troubleshooting this car for about two weeks now and am on the verge of giving up. So if you have any ideas what so ever please share them.

...94% correct.
if you have air, fuel, compression, and propper timing there's no reason why it wouldn't fire.
You may hear the injectors click, but how do you know they're firing? I would suggest spraying some raw fuel or starter fluid or B12 into the take and try starting it.

I "lost" my emissions....
flooded perhaps? i got mine supreamely flooded one time and actually had to hold the key into the start position for 20-30 seconds. btw pull the fuel pump fuse when you do this, dont need extra.

So the injectors can be "clicking" but not really firing? What would cause this. I mean if the solenoid is getting a trigger signal and it is making a clicking sound, how can it not be opening?
And I have a fuel cut switch and I have tried several times to unflood it and start it.

I'm assuming its turning over. Are you able to get in running using the gas pedal? I had a problem where the car would not start without giving it gas, turned out to be a pretty big vacuum leak.
