Hello,

I am currently rebuilding an EU spec S4 86 NA engine and I want to use a 1 piece apex seal design with the stock 2mm groove width.
I cant find a vendor for these seals... There must be someone who makes them.

The engine is completly stock, used housing in excellent condition will be used as a daily driver.
I just want the 1 piece seals to try something new.

As far as I know RB sells some carbon seals but I just want a standart 1 piece 2mm seal. No need for carbon or ceramic. (I know the ceramics are better, but they are way out of budget.)

Are you sure you mean 1 piece? The stock seals are 3 piece, and most aftermarket seals are 2 piece, like the ones that Atkins sells.

 

*The original stock seals are 3 piece, the current Mazda replacement stock seals are 2 piece just like all the aftermarket ones.
