A bit of backstory: I was with my girlfriend one afternoon and we decided to check out a rather well known used bookstore in the area that we had been planning on going to for months and finally got around to actually doing. Midway through, I notice a picture taped to one of the shelves, upon closer examination, look what I found: I know this is a long shot, but I figured I'd post here and see if anyone might have some idea of who the owner is, maybe the shop owner put it there, maybe some patron, no idea. Just thought it would be neat to share, Custom license plate might point to something? Who knows. That has to be an older photo, though. Because as long as I've been driving in NC, there hasn't been a front plate requirement.

 

Pretty cool to come across! I would ask around at the book store and see if anyone knows anything about the car.
