Who loves their 7 but hates it at the same time?

I absolutely love my 7, but it seems like every week there is a new damn problem and at this point i just am so frustrated and dont have the time and money to deal with this **** anymore. Just wondering if anyone else felt this way...

Something to remember... when you're in the "Nurse an old car to life" phase....

You dont have car payments!!!! So, anything you spend on it, is going to improve it.... or should.

Ohhh yeah....that's how I am.

I love my 7s to DEATH...but then I get so pissed....always something new. Then I drive the car and fall back in love.

Guilty.

Thank god for no car payments.

Well, their not fixed payments anyways. They increase or decrease as the months come and go...

> Hey, it's always been a Love-Hate relationship with FC's. I'm on my 4th FC and I still feel the same way everytime I'm around an FC. Hate working on new problems, but love railing on the gas pedal and hearing her purr.

Love-Hate relationship is probably something that about everyone feels. I love to drive my T2, but as soon as something new breaks Im reminded of how much I hate it. Fun car but its always wanting your attention. Ive nearly given up several times and just sold it.

Only reason I thought of selling it was to go back to my FB's. Im really wanting to build another carbed FB but dont have the cash right now. So my T2 was just tempting me to do it, but luckily for it, Im too attached. For now anyway. Ill see what I think next time a high $ part breaks

I almost sold my n/a a month after I got it, because I found out the engine had poor compression

But I shelled out the cash to have an s4 n/a engine rebuilt, and I feel that it was worth every penny.

I love my 7 to death BUT I just don't think it loves me back!

I truly think the car is cursed. Every single thing on it has been replaced so its no longer a 20 year old car, and it still doesn't like me! Oh well I'll still plug away because some day I just think that the curse is going to be lifted and its just going to run right and make my life easier!

I love my car so much that I decided to open a whole new can of worms with it and do a swap. I'm ready for anything it has to throw at me...except an apex seal. Then I'll probably have a heart attack.

Im totally guilty of this. One day I'll open the garage and smile, then one day I'll open it sayin "What's next?" can be really frustrating, but once Im driving it all goes away

Until smoke starts boiling out of the exhaust and you hear a new noise Thats what happens to me anyway. Climb in and take a deep breath and prepare myself for either a fun drive or a frustrating hellish nightmare

You don't know what frustration is- until the driver's side door handle breaks... then the passenger... then the hatch lock... then you have an ad in the 2nd gen forum requesting a passenger side window.
