im looking for a series 5 TII engine. I cant seem to find anywhere i can find one. Im too sketched out by some company that wont offer a warrenty on an engine. fc3s.org has none, usedengines.com has none, corksport has no warrenty...but they still dont have any in stock.
where did they all go? i havent seen any for a couple months now?

Try CleanandFast.com, Great place and last time I was there he had a TII 13b sitting for sale. He used to over 20 fc's in the back of his shop. If he doesn't have it he can find it.

nippon motors is now a 0 day warrenty since its with performance engines.
damn them. I only care about a warrenty for long enough to make sure everything is okay with it, ei. 30 days.

"5. Rotary Engines; Engines designed for Competitive Purposes --- No Warranty"
If only that semicolon wasn't there. If it wasn't there, that sentence would imply that rotary engines designed for competitive purposes (i.e ported, modified) were not covered.
Damn lawyers.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
WHy dont you buy the cheapest jspec you can find and have me rebuild it while it is here? I dont trust jspecs worth a damn personally, unless theyre the cream of the crop, which nippon motors is not. For the money though, I would buy one for about $650(price they quoted me the last time I called) and rebuild it for another $1000 or so, then install a nice, clean rebuild jspec and have NO worries for at least a few years provided everything else is done right.

I don't really care... *hint hint*
Blatant advertising is posting a new thread with an obvious commercial nature.  If you're replying with "helpful" information, I got nothing against that.

(For those too lazy to find it):
"I specialize in economy rebuilds for all rotary engines. Yours sounds like it could be a good candidate for a rebuild as it hasnt blown an apex yet. I can probably do your engine for $1300 or so plus $200 for a streetport. LEt me know if youre interested. www.rotaryresurrection.com

I haven't gone through the RX-7 Store lately, but I don't recall seeing them sell engines - thus, you're technically not a direct competitor to the RX-7 Store.  if the RX-7 Store offers engines rebuilds, then this point is moot.  Now, BNR does pay for advertisement, and they do offer rebuilts, so I can see BNR's point about a valid complaint.
Currently, I've asked for my Mods status to be RETRACTED, since somebody doesn't like my Hawaii event stickies up there - and no one has come up to take the "credit".
I "wasted" 7 hours yesterday going through **** in here, and one concession of my time is to be able to stickie my events.  As soon as I get back to Vegas (end of year), all of that stops.  The events happen like once or twice a month - the stickie will only be up there a week MAX.  Yet, someone still pulls them.  If they got enough time to pull my stickies, then they can go through all this crap themselves.  My gf is already getting annoying I'm hogging her computer at work - it's a win-win deal for me at this point.
Sorry for the vent and the thread hijack...
