who builds a turbonetics hybrid for the rx7 and help with specs
this might be a stupid question. but i have a turbonectics hybrid here that the bearings went out of and the compressor wheel is toast on. i was wanting to rebuild it myself. the specs on the wheel are 69.85mm and the inducer are 57.15 it has a stock s4 hot side that the waste gate has been ported out big time. if u have any ideas let me know or where to get the parts. thanks oh yea the cold side has no numbers on it. just has the turbonetics t symbol.
The rebuildable section will be the same (or simiilar) as a stock turbo. It's possible the bearings have been upgraded, but you're going to want to pay a shop to rebuild it anyway. Balancing is extremely important during the rebuild process.
For what it's worth, those compressor dimensions put that wheel between a T04 V-trim and a T04 H-trim, so it's like a BNR stage 2. (www.bnrturbos.com).
