white plastic back of engine dynamic chamber
hello,
I have 2 lines coming off the little back of my engine, off the dynamic chamber off a little white ... looks like air bleeder or something ....
I know that one of them goes to a little green valve and then to the other side of the dynamic chamber where it looks like it controls another pair of flaps or something and the other one goes somewhere else, but I dont know what on connects to what port of the little white thing.
So for ease of explaining, the rear one will be the one closest to the firewall.
Also what is the purpose of the whole setup? If I floor my car the little acuator / flaps dont move... but then again my 5th and 6th ports dont work because someone gutted my cat and welded shut the little pipe going from the cat back to engine.

Water thermo VALVE for the double throttle diaphram. Its shown also in the free and online FSM. Fuel section of the FSM.
I've answered this question about fifteen times in the past and am flat worn out answering it again. I figured out what it was on my own with the 1987 FSM I bought from Mazdatrix, yeeeeeeeaaaaarrrrrrs ago.
A search using Water Thermo Valve might get you some results OR using DOUBLE THROTTLE DIAPHRAM if in a pinch.
IF you did an ADVANCED SEARCH on this forum and used HAILERS as the name and put in WATER THERMO VALVE you'd get the results shown here: https://www.rx7club.com/forum/search...archid=2622637
A piece of advice.......go to the double throttle diaphram and put a vac hose on it and suck on it. IF the lever on the diaphram does not move and you can't hold a vacuum on it, then do one of two things. First price check a new double throttle diaphram and buy one if the price does not bother you. OR, just forget about it and never think about it and go do something useful on the engine. On a n/a engine the double throttle diaphram is spring loaded to full open, resulting in a positive Fail Safe Mode.
