hmm im feeling really stupid.. but checked the pass n driver side carpet n under the dash?? and i cant find it.. tried searching but came up witha buncha bs.. lol (preps himself for flames)

Its not under the dash but under the carpet were the passengers feet would sit at, under a metal shield.
