Where's the best place to get t2 ported or get t2 engine?

Due to the Tranny Gear ratio
of TII transmission
it maybe a higher 1/4 in your case
But My street ported TII engine
on a 88 GXl with 3" exhaust as its only external MOD
Did 13.5@105MPH
on plain street tires 15" GXL rims
I had the non turbo tranny that has a way better gear ratio and the lighter N/A flywheel which most likely helped me in the 1/4 mile
HP I'm guessing with a un-restricted exhaust and intake 250-270HP deepending if it is a S4 or S5
and the agressiveness of the Port
