like subject says, wheres the best place to get block off plates for my 13b turbo motor? i found this place.

cheaper you can get by making them yourself. If I need to make a block-off plate if costs me about 50 cents for a small one and maybe a dollar for a larger one. The only thing you need is a dremmel with some cutting wheels and some steel plate.
