As far as I know, the ECU ignore the knock sensor over 4K rpm!! I doubt it's all that useful, just make sure you have enough fuel.

well yes, if you are doint the conversion correctly.

If you are attempting to use a non turbo dash harness, then you will need to wire the knock box in yourself with a custom plug/harness.

as far as what Jon88se said, yes... the first part is true...but 99% of engine knocking comes when starting out/up or at part throttle application anyway. Even running the knock box so that is does no longer monitor at 4K RPMs, still means that when you are lugging the motor, you have a marked level of protection. As far as the 2nd part of what he said, no... I completely disagree with:
I doubt it's all that useful, just make sure you have enough fuel.

Ok! Tnx a lot icemark.

But what you mean by: Doing the swap correctly.
What else than the knock box, water temp, and alt plug. Is not the same ?
Cause i wil wire my alt, my knock box and my water temp.

But if you told me other thing that i need to do, "to do the swap correctl(electric part)", maybe ill think about swaping the dash hardness too.

Btw, sorry for my bad english, its not my first language as you can see...
