where is tach and warning buzzer in FSM

okay, found it kind of weird this hasn't been covered before (at least not from what i found).

anyways, where is the tachometer and warning buzzer in the FSM? my warning buzzer doesn't make a sound, and i want to try to get it working...

on a similar note, not too much on the forum about how to get the warning buzzer working if it doesn't either. suggestions on where i should start?

thanks

Probably either cold solder joints on the back of the gauge cluster or bad buzzer, or bad screw connections on the back of the gauge cluster

the buzzer specifically is NOT in the FSM, although i do know it's location now. as i understand it is on the instrument cluster circuit board. i was just wondering i there is an easy way to get to it? it seems the only way is to unscrew the screws from the back, but that would require me to pull out the wiring harness connectors. i don't think i could get those back on, or even off, that easily without taking out the entire dash. any suggestions?

oh yeah, i am trying to get the buzzer to WORK, not disable it...
