In the 4th stage of initial D, Ryosuke's car has a white interior with 2+2 seating when Keisuke borrows it while his FD is being fixed.

Wankler's car is mainly white inside, may be who you are thinking of.

Ryousuke's car was a white Inifini III, which means it should have had no rear seats, as none of the Infini versions were produced with them. But then, earlier in the series his interior was black, so it's possible either Ryousuke spent a lot of time modifying his car into a more comfortable, less race-oriented setup (no more Watanabe rims) after he stopped racing for the Red Suns, or the animators simply made a handful of mistakes when they brought the car back. The latter is a very real possibility, as the JDM FCs had rear seats to avoid the two-seater tax; it was only the Infini and most American versions that didn't.

U guys mustve seen the Americanized version. It totally kills the "purity" of the show. I have been watching and collecting the DVD's since 99-00 and absolutly will not buy the Tokyopop versions again because of thier perverted distortion of a great anime.

I would eat glass before watching the dub. I almost threw my dvd player through the tv the one time I did watch an episode out of morbid curiousity. There should be laws against that kind of artistic murder.
