this hood badge came on the '87 Tii i just bought, ive never seen a badge on a tii, anyone seen this badge?any info would be cool.

Hmm, looks like the AE badge but I'm not too sure. Never really looked at one up close but thats the general way it looks at least.

whatsthe writing onthe lower right side of the rotar?

 

writeing on the bottom of the rotor is "pat. pend" thats the only writeing on it other than the big mazda at the top....

Thats not the AE badge though. The AE one says 10th Anniversary.

 

its probably off a keychain or something and the prevous owner thought it would look cool on the car. I really dont know

 

off a keychain? i seriousley doubt it.....its like 2.5 inches by 2 inches....about the same dimensions as a porsche hood badge, only .5ish inches shorter....i find it hard to believe im just going to go on wondering where this badge came from i want a new one, or 2 its a sweet badge, i wanna put them on my front quater panels where the 10th anny badges go.....

its looks like it says momo on the bottom right hand side but thats what I see..

 

Probably just an aftermarket badge.

 

Maybe from like an RX2 or something very early? Doesn't look very new.
