Where to go through the firewall
I am installing my oil temp and oil pressure guages tonight and would like to find a good place to go through the fire wall and dont really see much execpt for the passenger side, but then i would have to run like 15feet of line and such.

Try the large gromets(sp?) used for the wire harnesses. Other than that I don't think there are many openings made in the stock firewall. If yo9u don't want to try that just drill a hole into the closes spot(make sure you know whats behind that area tho) and get an appropriatly sized grommet for the whole and run the lines through.

There is a decent sized hole a little ways up and over to the left from where the steering column goes through the firewall......I used the dremel to open it up a bit more and it worked perfectly.
Make sure you insulate the wires/hoses when you run them through so they don't vibrate against the metal and wear through.....a piece of fuel line, vacuum hose, etc. works great.

If it's only a couple of wires you can also go through the rubber grommet (two "m"s, Santiago, lol) that the throttle cable feeds through, there's a little room for play there...

I went through driver's side right behind the brake booster. Looking from driver's fender, there's a dimple about 1" in diameter, to the outer edge of brake booster about in middle. Cut a circle through the padding drilled hole, inserted grommet and ran hose for boost gauge right through. Looks great.
