Where to get a stock turbo flange?

I searched for this and found nothing. I need to use a stock S4 T2 turbine housing flange as a spacer, can I buy it anywhere? I checked mazdatrix, pineapple, racing beat.

you will have to get it machined somewhere custom. There really is no demand for that. Re Amemiya made a stainless stock turbo manifold but otherwise nobody wants to use one.

What do you need it for? Maybe we can help you figure out a work-around.

the one that connects to the manifold, or the one that conects to the downpipe?

i'm assuming the manifold, in which case i would just buy someone's blown stock turbo and chop it up.

why do you need it though? most people just buy an engine->manifold flange from racingbeat and space it there.

your best bet is having one custom made. I have a CAD model for it if you want it. you should be able to take teh CAD file to any machine shop and have it made.

I need to use it as a spacer on my 6 port turbo, for some reason the 2.5" block to manifold spacer isn't enough and since I have a frame-mounted wastegate I have probably 0.5" of space between the turbo and frame. The machine shop I normally use (that doesn't charge me out the *** for something small) doesn't use CAD but thanks anyway.

Another thought, I have an extra gasket laying around, can I double gasket it? It would probably space it out just enough.

You should be able to.

Orrrrrr, you could trace the gasket onto a 1/2" thick peice of stainless and cut it out with an oxy torch, finish with a dremel and a bench grinder and then have your machine shop make sure both surfaces are flat. It sounds like alot of work but it isn't.

Go on homemadeturbo.com and look up "weirtech". Talk to him. He can probably hook you up with something if you dont feel like making it yourself.
