Where is the fuel filter

Where is the fuel filter

located on the driver side in the lower corner where the firewall connects with the inner fender wall.


edit* follow the fuel lines down to that location

Yeah, and there's another one on the low pressure side of the fuel supply system. That one is a part of the fuel pump and to get to it you need to remove the fuel pump. Make sure you release the pressure in the fuel lines before disconnecting any fuel lines. See the FSM on how to do that.

As the Factory Service Manual clearly shows, the fuel filter is located on the driver side frame rail where the firewall meets the underbody. The FSM can be downloaded from the links in the FAQ and is essential reading for any work you want to do on the car.
