Aerodyne Industries makes something similar, if not the same. I think the webpage is www.aerodyne.net but not positive.

That is a window from a second gen Mr2. it's been adapted to fit the car in the pic. LOTS of custom work, and although it doesnt suit my taste, it's been really well done there.
